Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Richmond, VA

**Pay Range:** $15/hr

**Shift:** Mon-Fri, 7AM - 4PM

What's the Job?

+ Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture silt fence products

+ Load uncompleted parts and offload finished components efficiently and safely

+ Perform quality checks and read tape measures to ensure product standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

+ Work overtime as needed to meet production goals

What's Needed?

+ Recent industrial or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn machine operation

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually, with no lifting above shoulder height

+ Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

+ Willingness to follow all safety procedures and policies
