Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) with senior leadership, presenting performance, insights, and action plans

Lead cross-functional teams to launch strategic initiatives (e.g., new category expansions, optimize current portfolio)

Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Make high-judgment decisions on resource allocation across competing priorities

Drive process improvements to scale operations efficiently as the business grows

Mentor and develop junior team members and cross-functional partners

    A day in the life

Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track daily sales, inventory health, pricing competitiveness, and customer metrics; conduct weekly deep-dives into performance drivers and emerging issues

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner daily with Product Development (launch approvals), In-Stock Management (inventory prioritization), Marketing (promotional calendar), Finance (forecast updates), and vendors (capacity/quality issues)

Monthly Business Reviews: Prepare and present MBRs to senior leadership with performance analysis, root cause insights, and forward-looking action plans; conduct product performance reviews to identify launch winners and deprecation candidates

Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead planning cycles, manage seasonal assortment planning with vendors, drive strategic initiatives (creator collaborations, new categories), and troubleshoot urgent issues (quality complaints, out-of-stocks, viral social media concerns)

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
