Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our Full-Time Engagement Practice program. As a full-time employee of our company, you will be deployed to client assignments, where you will support a variety of financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role offers professional stability, exposure to diverse industries, and ongoing opportunities for development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Analyze financial data and trends to support client business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

+ Prepare, interpret, and present financial reports for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

+ Collaborate with client teams to develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts.

+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.

+ Support cash flow analysis, expense tracking, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.

+ Perform ad hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as requested by clients.

+ Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

+ 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles preferred.

+ Proficiency with financial modeling, analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within new and changing environments.

+ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
