Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of the organization's IT strategy to align with overall business objectives.

• Oversee deskside support teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.

• Manage hardware deployments and ensure seamless integration of new systems.

• Implement and maintain reliable backup technologies to safeguard critical data.

• Coordinate the use of Cisco technologies to enhance network performance and security.

• Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps and cloud-based AI solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to foster growth and innovation.

Requirements • Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably as an IT Director or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of deskside support processes and best practices.

• Expertise in deploying computer hardware and integrating new systems.

• Proficiency in backup technologies and data recovery strategies.

• In-depth understanding of Cisco technologies and network management.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud-based AI platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
