We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of activities such as bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, typing, filing, and other fiscal, clerical or computer tasks. This position involves maintaining a high standard of quality and output, keeping office records, preparing and summarizing reports, collecting information to be used for correspondence or reports, reviewing all work for correctness and completeness as well as preparing materials in compliance with prescribed requirements in meeting all deadlines. The Administrative Assistant must, at all times, maintain confidentiality of information regarding personnel, families, children and program matters.
Duties:
+ Welcome visitors to the center, answer phones, send emails
+ Accounts Receivable/Payable utilizing Quickbooks
+ Maintaining the General Ledger qtilizing Quickbooks
+ Running Childcare Tuition Billing throguh Procare service
+ Making and Recording Bank Deposits
+ Assisting the Center Director with Payroll, Grants, Budgets, and Financial Reporting

Job Requirements:
+ Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
+ Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
+ Proficiency in Quickbooks Accounting Software (1 year preferred)
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
+ Ability to Commute: Delhi, NY 13753 (Required)
+ Ability to Relocate: Delhi, NY 13753: Relocate before starting work (Required)
