What You’ll Do
+ Contribute to the design and technical development of commercial architectural projects.
+ Produce and coordinate construction documents across multiple project types.
+ Analyze client needs and propose thoughtful, innovative design solutions.
+ Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and consultants.
+ Support material, systems, and envelope detailing with accuracy and creativity.
+ Assist with project specifications and documentation.
+ Manage tasks across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and project goals.
+ Stay current with design trends and integrate fresh ideas into your work.
+ Maintain exceptional communication and presentation skills to support client interaction.
What We’re Looking For
+ 3–7 years of professional architectural experience.
+ Strong design sensibility paired with technical expertise.
+ Experience producing construction documents and coordinating project details.
+ Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality and precision.
+ Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and communicating effectively.
+ A creative, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp required; Adobe Suite is preferred.
+ Knowledge of materials, building systems, and envelope detailing is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
