Description We are looking for a skilled AEM Producer to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager and content management systems, who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating on impactful projects. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.

• Monitor and maintain content management workflows within AEM to optimize efficiency.

• Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet project deadlines.

• Provide guidance and support to team members working with Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet established standards.

• Identify and address potential challenges to maintain smooth project progress.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Develop documentation and reports to track project outcomes and performance.

• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies. Requirements • Extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud.

• Proficiency in managing content management systems (CMS) and related workflows.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in project execution.

• Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies in advertising and digital production.
