    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Tax Director to join our team in Redmond, Washington. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in tax compliance, advisory services, and leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing tax engagements, and leading a high-performing team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert consulting services in areas such as cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

    • Manage comprehensive tax compliance and advisory projects for both individual and business clients.

    • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.

    • Review accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourced finance engagements to maintain accuracy and compliance.

    • Identify and implement improvements to processes and expand advisory service offerings.

    • Offer guidance to clients on entity structuring, growth strategies, transactions, and business planning.

    • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

    • Contribute to business development efforts and participate in firm leadership initiatives.

     

    The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000.

    Requirements • Proven expertise in annual income tax provisions and corporate tax return preparation.

     

    • Proficiency in tools such as CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax software.

    • Strong knowledge of entity formation and tax compliance processes.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals.

    • Experience in consulting services and providing strategic financial advice.

    • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients.

    • Advanced client management capabilities to oversee multiple engagements.

    • Strong communication and analytical skills to deliver high-quality advisory services.
