Director of Human Resources
Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments? We’re looking for a Director of Human Resources to shape and scale our people strategy while driving organizational growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with senior leadership and play a key part in building a strong, inclusive culture.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead HR Strategy: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
+ Drive Talent Acquisition: Build and execute recruiting strategies to support growth across multiple locations.
+ Empower Performance: Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
+ Manage Total Rewards: Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll programs to ensure competitive and compliant practices.
+ Champion Culture: Act as a point of escalation for employee relations and lead initiatives that foster engagement and belonging.
+ Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to employment laws and regulatory requirements across multiple states.
+ Support Growth: Play a key role in integration activities during acquisitions, ensuring smooth onboarding and cultural alignment.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
+ 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
+ Expertise in multi-state compliance and organizational change.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
