Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage recruitment processes and source top talent for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for connecting with potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract individuals with relevant experience.

• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

• Ensure compliance with corporate recruiting standards and hiring policies.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.

• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring.

• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.

• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ability to analyze data for process improvement.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent.
