Production Worker – Second Shift

**Location:** Sparks, MD

**Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire

**Shift Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a **reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker** to join our bottling line team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will operate production equipment, follow job instructions accurately, and ensure the quality and consistency of bottled products. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by loading materials, monitoring production, and packaging finished goods for storage or shipment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Read, interpret, and execute job instructions accurately.

+ Load materials and operate bottling line equipment to maintain consistent product flow.

+ Monitor production operations and promptly report any issues or disruptions.

+ Identify, separate, and document defective materials or products.

+ Label, package, and palletize finished goods for storage or shipment.

+ Complete documentation using both physical paperwork and digital systems.

+ Track material levels and replenish supplies to avoid production delays.

+ Initiate restock notifications to prevent work stoppages.

+ Adhere to all **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and safety guidelines.

+ Perform additional tasks and work extended hours as needed.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum **2 years of experience** in general production, manufacturing, or machine operation.

+ Proficiency in operating production line equipment.

+ Hands-on experience in bottling, packaging, and quality control processes.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

+ Previous roles as a **picker/packer, line worker** , or similar production position.

+ Familiarity with inventory tracking and production documentation systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
