• What You’ll Do

+ Assemble **quick‑release couplings** with precision and care

+ Operate a variety of **assembly equipment**

+ **Package** completed products for shipment

+ Perform **functional checks** to ensure every product meets quality standards

+ Participate in **continuous improvement** using A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why tools

+ Follow **standard work instructions** and maintain consistent quality

+ Keep your workspace clean and organized using **5S principles**

+ **Work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures**

+ **Maintain at least 90% daily attainment**

+ Experience with **hand tools**

+ **Assembly or general labor experience**

+ **Packaging, inspection, or mechanical assembly experience**

+ **Machine operation familiarity**

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
