Assembler – Join a Growing, Innovative Manufacturing Team!

Pay- $19/hr-$20/hr

**We’re seeking motivated and detail‑oriented Mechanical Assemblers** to support the production of HVAC and building‑solution products in a modern, sustainability‑focused manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring products meet quality standards—all within a brand‑new, safety‑driven facility. As the company continues to expand and adopt new technologies, this role offers strong opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble product components according to detailed specifications and work instructions

+ Accurately measure using a **metric tape measure** and **micrometer** to confirm product dimensions

+ Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

+ Inspect parts and finished products to verify quality standards

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and support process improvements

What You Bring

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read and use a tape measure

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools

+ Willingness to work **12‑hour shifts**

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

+ Manufacturing experience **not required** —training provided

+ Experience in construction, building maintenance, or automotive repair is a plus

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

Work Environment

A fast‑paced, hands‑on production environment focused on high‑quality HVAC and plastic component manufacturing. The facility prioritizes organization, cleanliness, and safety.

Shift Options:

+ **A‑Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ **C‑Shift (Overnight):** 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3/4 rotation)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterford, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
