Now Hiring: Machine Builder/Toolmaker

We are now seeking a skilled Machine Builder or Toolmaker to join our growing team. Employees will be responsible for assembling, testing, and modifying machinery according to specifications and engineering drawings. Each will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble machinery and equipment from blueprints and technical specifications.

+ Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues and equipment malfunctions.

+ Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements.

+ Operate tool room equipment such as Mills, Bridgeport Machines, and Grinders.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in machine assembly or a related field.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

+ Proficient with hand tools and power tools.

+ Toolmaking, machining, or fabrication experience required.

Additional Information

+ This position offers a long-term opportunity in a stable work environment.

+ You will have the chance to work with customers both on site and in the field for machine builds and installation.

+ Minimal travel required but will have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

+ Will work with engineers, designers, machinists, and both mechanical/electrical machine builders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
