    Job Summary

    We are seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in the construction industry to join our team on a temporary or temp-to-hire basis. If you're a detail-oriented professional passionate about overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop project plans and timelines.

    + Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

    + Oversee site safety, compliance with regulations, and resource allocation.

    + Prepare reports, budgets, and documentation for stakeholders.

    + Handle temporary assignments that may vary in duration, with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

    + Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

    + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).

    + PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to temporary roles.

    + Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
