Accounting & Tax Manager — Family Office

About the Firm

A long‑established multi‑family office providing integrated financial, tax, investment, and administrative services to ultra‑high‑net‑worth families. The firm supports multigenerational wealth needs through a holistic service model spanning investment advisory, tax and estate planning, risk management, family governance, and household financial operations.

The Role

As the Accounting & Tax Manager (CFO Services), you will oversee comprehensive accounting, reporting, tax, investment, and compliance functions for UHNW families and their related entities. This role serves as a trusted advisor, leading financial operations, supervising staff, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring a best‑in‑class client experience.

Key Responsibilities

+ Act as a trusted advisor across tax, estate, trust, insurance, and investment matters to deliver integrated solutions.

+ Lead, mentor, and supervise accounting and administrative staff; manage outsourced service providers.

+ Oversee accounting and reporting for individuals, trusts, LLCs, partnerships, and other entities.

+ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including coordination with GL providers.

What You Bring

+ CPA preferred.

+ 7+ years of accounting or public accounting experience with progressive responsibility.

+ Strong leadership and team‑management experience.

+ Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

+ Advanced skills with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.

+ Experience with automation tools (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automate) is ideal.
