• HR Generalist

    Description

    Our team is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to help drive our people operations and support every stage of the employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll serve as a resource for both employees and leadership, ensuring our HR practices foster an inclusive and productive environment. The ideal candidate thrives on building positive relationships, solves problems proactively, and demonstrates expertise across core HR functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

    + Support policy creation and implementation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

    + Partner with leaders to address employee questions, conflict resolution, and talent management initiatives.

    + Maintain HR data systems, tracking and reporting on metrics such as turnover, attendance, and engagement.

    + Coordinate training and development programs for staff growth.

    + Assist in performance review and feedback processes.

    + Lead or participate in HR projects for process improvement and organizational effectiveness.

    Requirements

    + Prior experience as an HR Generalist, HR Assistant, or similar human resources role.

    + Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS a plus.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
