The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Lead Cook to work with a highly motivated and energetic kitchen staff at the Phoenix Zoo! As the Lead Cook for Lancer Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, efficient environment and cook delicious meals. What you'll be doing:

+ Overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items.

+ Adhering to recipes while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment.

+ Following safety and sanitation guidelines.

+ Controlling food and inventory costs.

What we're looking for:

_Must-haves:_

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.

_Nice-to-haves:_

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field
