    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to manage, optimize, and execute automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. This role works closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure automated campaigns align with brand strategy and business goals.

     

    + Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and marketing platforms

    + Segment audiences and personalize messaging for targeted campaigns

    + Manage marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.)

    + Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights

    + Collaborate with design and content teams to develop campaign assets

    + Maintain data hygiene and ensure proper lead scoring, tracking, and tagging

    + Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and ROI

    + Support CRM integrations, lead nurturing workflows, and sales alignment

    Requirements

    + 2–5 years of experience in marketing automation or CRM management

    + Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

    + Knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, and automated workflows

    + Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance, and deliverability

    + Ability to analyze campaign metrics and provide data-driven recommendations

    + Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
