Description We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and ensuring smooth daily operations in a detail-oriented, non-profit environment. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff or resources.
• Manage incoming phone calls using a multi-line system, ensuring prompt responses and accurate routing.
• Coordinate and oversee office supply inventory, including placing orders to maintain adequate stock.
• Handle document scanning and organization to support efficient record-keeping.
• Assist with concierge services, addressing inquiries and providing high-quality customer support.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure the timely distribution of mail and packages within the office.
• Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks and special projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Familiarity with scanning and organizing documents efficiently.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
