    Job Skills / Requirements

    HIRING IMMEDIATELY

    Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Weekend Security Officer in the Marshall, MI area to work 3rd shift . This position offers a pay rate of $18.50/hr, paid weekly.

     

    All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security.

    Shift:

    Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.

     

    + 3rd Shift: Saturday and Sunday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

    Requirements:

    + Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.

    + 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

    + 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

    + Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and holdover for other shifts as needed.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    + Must be 21 years of age or older .

    + Must be flexible and team oriented.

    A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

     

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School diploma or equivalent
