St. Luke’s Children’s Center for Neurobehavioral Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director and join our dynamic, collaborative team. This full-time position combines clinical practice with medical directorship responsibilities.
What You Can Expect:
+ Join a clinic of 5 board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrists, 2 neuropsychologists, 2 clinical psychologists, and 6 onsite therapists. We are supported by 4 full-time RNs, a medical assistant, a care coordinator, and 5 administrative staff members
+ Responsible for overseeing 85 folks
+ **Clinical Care**
+ Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents
+ Co-manage patients with community-based primary and specialty care providers
+ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care
+ **Medical Directorship**
+ Partner with administration to influence clinical outcomes and operational performance
+ Lead and support providers within the specialty
+ Collaborate with other specialty leaders across St. Luke’s Health System
+ Integrated care model with onsite Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Neuropsychological
+ Strong emphasis on collaboration and integrated behavioral health within primary and specialty care
Qualifications:
+ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
+ Board-certified or board-eligible
+ Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
+ Preferred: Leadership experience
