Quality Customs Distribution is hiring a Sanitor - Romeoville IL What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

What You’ll Bring

All Associates:

+ Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments

+ Listing up to 75lbs continuously

+ Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

+ Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Schedule & Setting:

+ Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)

+ Primarily a 5-day work week, with shift starts at 6AM (Monday - Friday)

+ · Cleaning all common areas, floors, walls, racking and other miscellaneous fixtures in all temp zones

• Taking care of outside grounds around the building

• Making sure all exit doors are free from debris and blockage

• Cleaning loading docks

• Must be able to work in the freezer and cooler

• Must have MHE experience (EPJ, Stand-up forklift & Reach truck)

• Must have floor scrubber experience

• Safely operate bailer

Pay & Benefits:

+ $22.15/hour
