    Job Description

    Insight Global's large commercial insurance client is looking for a Surety Territory Manager to drive the profitable growth of our surety business, encompassing production, underwriting, sales, and service. The successful candidate will work remotely or hybrid on a 3 days in office/2 days remote (dependent on distance from the office) from the greater Indianapolis area including Chicago. They will travel throughout the region to manage territory development in the western region. A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are required because this role provides a company car or includes mileage reimbursement at the federal rate of .7. This role focuses on the contract surety line of business, with commercial surety experience being a plus. Responsibilities include production and agency management.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelors degree in related field

     

    - 8 years of experience with surety agents, competitors, and different bond forms

     

    - Experience analyzing credit reports, contracts, and bond obligations

     

    - Surety automation systems (propeller, tinubu square, surety 2000, or bond-pro to name few)

     

    - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Team oriented

     

    - Strong personal book of business

     

    - Higher education
