    Job Description

    Insight Global's client is looking for an Airtable Solutions Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

     

    • Gathering requirements and develop solutions for internal customers at epic within Airtable

    • Acting as the engineering SME for questions related to Airtable

    • Helping to translate organizational goals around Airtable to stable and high functioning Airtable solutions

    • Advocate for and document best practices for engineering solutions within Airtable

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3-5 years in solutions engineering, of which there is 1-2 years experience with Airtable

    • Experience creating technical and user facing documentation, requirements gathering

    • Experience providing customer support for engineered solutions with Airtable
