What We Offer * Comprehensive benefits package (HMO or PPO, Dental, Vision) * Paid vacation * 401(k) retirement program * Comprehensive Training program * Expanding dealership * We promote from within * Opportunity to have a lucrative career * Collaborative, positive team environment * Aggressive pay plan * Monthly/Yearly bonus Responsibilities * Greet and guide customer as they approach the dealership to proceed into the sales process * Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features * Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications * Continuous follow up with clients * Keeping up with training and certification * Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management * Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales * Build strong rapport with customers * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles. * Must be a team player and assist management with whatever might be asked of you. * Must be punctual and on time every shift. Qualifications * 2 years of Automotive Sales experience but we can train with the right selling experience * Proven sales track record * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections * Quality customer service skills and sales track record * Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone * Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process * Persistent, competitive and good work ethic * Stay positive * Holding yourself accountable and having a "No Excuses" attitude. * Being a team player * Self motivated * Responsible and punctual * Goal oriented * Must be coachable and open mined.
