Position Summary

The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams

+ Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

+ Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met

+ Identify and report defects, shortages, or equipment issues

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures

+ Meet daily production and quality goals

+ Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products as needed

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED preferred

+ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Ability to lift up to [XX] lbs

+ Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions

Work Environment

+ Manufacturing / production floor

+ May include exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment

+ PPE required as applicable
