What You'll Be Doing
+ Process and administer wage garnishments, including child support, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing garnishments and wage withholding.
+ Review and interpret legal documents and verify accuracy before implementation.
+ Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate deductions and payments.
+ Maintain detailed records and respond to inquiries from employees and agencies.
What Are We Looking For
+ 2–3 years of experience administering wage garnishments while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
+ Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with payroll systems.
+ Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid professional setting with routine use of standard office equipment. Occasional collaboration with remote teams may be required.
