### Job Duties
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in generating revenue by managing customer relationships, generating and growing leads, while supporting the sales process from start to finish. This position focuses on new and existing accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth in each. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs, recommending solutions, and increasing brand awareness within the area.
- Develop and execute an organized territory coverage and sales call plan for both existing customers and targeted prospects.
- Identify growth opportunities within customer accounts and collaborate with the sales manager to support territory development.
- Conduct an organized sales call and outreach schedule to targeted clients and prospects
- Coordinate with customer service, support teams, and outside sales to ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide accurate quotes, pricing, product information, enter orders, and follow up on quotes and leads to close opportunities.
- Prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, responding to changes quickly while keeping detailed and accurate records.
- Prepare required sales, customer, and expense reports, and participate in ongoing product training and sales meetings.
- Support Customer Service Representatives by assisting with in-person customer interactions and handling customer inquiries via phone.
### Minimum Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
### Minimum Experience Required
1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
