As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professional conduct at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity or unauthorized access.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

+ Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to support a secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

+ Follow all Allied Universal protocols and site-specific instructions to address security-related matters and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
