    Our client, a reputable organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated Dining Room Manager to join their team. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be an integral part of the restaurant operations team, supporting a vibrant and welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to service excellence and teamwork.

     

    **Job Title:** Dining Room Manager

    **Location:** Palm Springs, CA

    Pay Range: $25-26

    **Shift:** Shifts are various. Season end bonus if they stay until closing.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

    + Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service

    + Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly

    + Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the dining area

    + Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to optimize the dining experience

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred

    + Strong leadership and team management skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

    + Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to food service
