Pay: $21/hr + Benefits
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving customer order discrepancies from start to finish. The role includes managing returns, incorrect shipments, missing items, reship requests, and any order-related exceptions. This position requires analyzing reports from the customer platform, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and professionally.
What You’ll Do:
• Pull and analyze daily/weekly order exception reports from the customer platform (returns, short ships, damages, mis-shipments, replacements).
• Investigate each discrepancy, identifying root causes and required next steps.
• Document findings and maintain accurate case records.
• Manage customer cases end-to-end, including returns, credits, and reshipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to validate inventory, shipment details, and physical discrepancies.
• Communicate updates with customer service, account owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting logs and update platforms to reflect case status and resolutions.
• Identify discrepancy trends and provide insights to leadership for operational improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, logistics, or order management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer or order data.
• Proficiency with Excel, web-based customer platforms, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple active cases.
• Experience in, logistics, distribution, or e-commerce preferred.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
