Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking general production worker to join our fast-paced team. This role involves various duties across multiple shifts, including loading, sorting, and packaging tasks, all crucial to our healthcare distribution operations.

Responsibilities

+ Loading: Stand in trailers and hand-load boxes to fit symmetrically. Lift 50-60 lbs constantly. Work at Door 33 or Humana with varying shifts.

+ Sorting: Handle large pallets, totes, and boxes, ensuring they are sorted into the correct areas swiftly. Pay close attention to detail to place boxes correctly.

+ Work Bander/Taper: Scan and apply labels, use automatic tapers, lift consistently, and rotate tasks with loading FedEx trailers by hand.

+ Box Making/Cart Building: Fold and form boxes, ensuring they are placed correctly. Stage and place formed boxes on carts for the next department.

+ Tote Inductor/Cleaner: Remove old labels and clean totes for reuse. Stack and place totes in the correct areas.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in rework, kitting, packaging, order picking, labeling, and quality check.

+ Warehouse experience desired with skills in using cherry pickers, order pickers/packers, reach trucks, walkies, pallet jacks, and RF scan guns.

+ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

+ Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

+ Basic keypunch skills and ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in inventory, packing, quality control, picking, general labor, RF scanning, loading, material handling, quality assurance, and inspection.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
