    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team, specializing in stainless steel (70%) and aluminum (30%) welding for aerospace and defense applications. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints with weld symbols and perform high‑quality vertical welding in a job‑shop environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, including weld symbols.

    + Execute precise vertical welds to meet aerospace and defense quality standards.

    + Produce consistent, high‑quality work in a fast‑paced job‑shop setting.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience or equivalent training.

    + Strong work history demonstrating reliability and craftsmanship.

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation.

    + Experience TIG welding aluminum.

    Work Environment

     

    You’ll work in a clean, spacious 90,000 sq. ft. job shop, handling multiple parts each day, including prototype projects for major clients such as Lockheed Martin and Datacard. The company is ISO 9001 certified, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and operational excellence.

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
