    Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with expertise in HMI machines, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be adept in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics, as well as diagnosing and resolving electrical faults. The role involves working with PLCs and performing format selection, parameter adjustments, and alarm resets on machinery.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

    + Replace or calibrate sensors and actuators.

    + Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.

    + Work with Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems.

    + Perform format selection, parameters adjustment, and alarm resets on machinery.

    + Identify and resolve machine stoppages.

    + Troubleshoot and safely restart machines after alarms or stops.

    + Record and report issues to maintenance or supplier support.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

    + Experience with HMI machines and PLCs.

    + Ability to diagnose and resolve simple electrical faults.

    + Skill in calibrating sensors and actuators.

    + Familiarity with pneumatics, including regulators, valves, cylinders, and fittings.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Omron devices is a plus.

    + Familiarity with CE standards and PLC troubleshooting.

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
