    Journeyman Electrician – 4-Day Work Week | $30–$45/hr | Albertville, MN

     

    We are seeking an experienced, carded Journeyman Electrician with strong knowledge of MN building codes and hands-on experience with residential and commercial new builds. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge modular construction environment where entire multi-family, living, and hospitality units are built indoors before being shipped to job sites.

     

    Schedule Options

    Monday–Thursday

    + **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    + **Night Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

    + **Optional OT available on Fridays**

    What You’ll Do

    + Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures

    + Install, test, and maintain electrical/electronic wiring and appliances

    + Connect circuit breakers, transformers, and related components

    + Read and work from blueprints and job specifications

    + Inspect wiring, systems, and components to ensure code compliance

    + Troubleshoot hazards, defects, and continuity issues

    + Assist with planning layouts and recommending installation methods

    + Fabricate parts using hand tools and spec sheets

    Ideal Candidate Has:

    + **5+ years** electrical experience on **commercial and residential new builds**

    + Strong understanding of **MN electrical codes**

    + Ability to read **blueprints** and interpret specifications

    + Experience with:

    + Electrical installation

    + Low voltage

    + Pulling cable

    + Conduit bending

    + Troubleshooting

    + Commercial & residential wiring

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills

    + Leadership experience is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
