We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical design principles and the ability to work collaboratively on various engineering projects. The Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing product performance and reliability while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in mechanical design with experience in CAD software, especially SolidWorks.

+ Familiarity with CNC operations.

+ Strong understanding of schematics and technical documentation.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing floor environment with molding presses, automation, and curing equipment. Expect high heat exposure and frequent walking between stations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
