Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Ground Penetrating Radar Technician to help launch and expand our geophysics services. This is more than a field role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our department. As demand grows, you’ll work closely with leadership on coordination, scheduling, and even contribute to marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform ground penetrating radar surveys for utility locating and concrete scanning.

+ Prepare detailed field reports and survey logs.

+ Interact professionally with clients on-site.

+ Support additional geophysical/geotechnical activities such as Re-Mi testing, materials testing, and drilling assistance.

What We’re Looking For

+ 3+ years of GPR field experience.

+ Skilled in utility locating or concrete scanning.

+ Familiarity with Re-Mi testing.

+ Proficient with GPR equipment/software (e.g., GSSI, Sensors & Software).

+ Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications

+ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.

+ Ability and willingness to travel to field sites.

+ OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

+ Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
