Role Overview:
The Executive Principal of Infrastructure Engineering will act as the Head of Department provide leadership to Hyundai AutoEver America’s (HAEA) Infrastructure Engineering team, consisting of the Platform Engineering, Enterprise Collaboration, Storage & Backup, and Network & Telecom teams. The department goal is to provide world-class support across the organization which includes providing oversight for 24x7 operations across HAEA's Shared Services environment. As an Executive Principal, you will be expected to provide demonstrated technical expertise in the following areas:
+ Platform and Virtualization Engineering
+ Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Systems
+ MS-Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure)
+ Enterprise Storage and Backup Platforms
+ Network and Telecom Engineering
+ Disaster Recovery
+ Infrastructure Architecture and Design
Additional Key Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives in order to make final decisions on implementation and ensuring operational effectiveness by effectively cascading functional strategy and contributing to the development of organizational policies.
+ Directs the activities of a functional area and/or multiple integrated departments through lower management including participating in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluating criteria for projects, programs, and people while ensuring budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
+ You will maintain the rotation of SME on-call duties and act as a secondary or tertiary point of contact for escalations to ensure the continuous operation of essential Windows network services such as Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Distributed File System (DFS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
+ Lead the upkeep of both physical and virtual environments across various platforms including Windows, Solaris, Red Hat, CentOS, AIX, IBM, and VMware
+ Evaluate and sanction both routine and critical changes in line with Change Control procedures. Spearhead the development of root cause analyses (RCAs), problem statements, and agreements for risk acceptance.
+ Administer both production and non-production environments, promoting operational excellence and stability through systematic lifecycle management
+ Oversee the availability and management of Enterprise Collaboration services, including SharePoint, Azure AD, On-premises AD, Office 365, and on-premises Exchange server.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in IT/IS or equivalent experience in IT Systems
+ 10 years of infrastructure engineering experience
+ 8+ years of management experience required
Preferred Qualifications/Certifications
+ ITIL Certified
+ AWS and/or Azure Certified
+ Microsoft MSCA/MCSE Certified
+ Cisco CCNA/CCNP Certified
+ Conceptional understanding of UNIX administration preferred

Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000
