Description We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in managing procurement activities for two related business entities within the skincare distribution industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their analytical skills to optimize purchasing and inventory processes while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily purchasing operations for two business entities, ensuring accurate and timely procurement.

• Analyze inventory and purchasing data using advanced Excel tools such as pivot tables and formulas.

• Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong relationships, negotiate pricing, and address procurement needs.

• Assist in forecasting and demand planning to align inventory levels with sales trends and business requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.

• Maintain detailed purchasing records and ensure data accuracy within Sage 100 systems.

• Partner with internal teams and leadership to support purchasing strategies and operational goals.

• Prepare insightful reports to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices in procurement processes. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Familiarity with forecasting and demand planning processes.

• Experience in managing vendor relationships; negotiation experience is a plus.

• Background in consumer goods, skincare, beauty, or distribution industries preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Sage 100 is desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
