Description We are looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will focus on crafting compelling brand stories, website content, and promotional materials for a luxury real estate project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a brand being developed from the ground up, with ties to the Hilton hotel chain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging brand narratives that align with the luxury real estate market.

• Write clear, persuasive website copy to effectively communicate the project's vision and value.

• Create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand presence.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

• Research and incorporate travel-related themes into copy to appeal to prospective buyers.

• Produce high-quality copy for brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.

• Tailor messaging to reflect the sophistication and exclusivity of the project.

• Partner with design and marketing teams to ensure copy complements visual elements.

• Adapt writing style to suit branding guidelines and project goals.

• Revise and refine content based on feedback to achieve optimal results. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of copywriting experience.

• Proven expertise in crafting travel-related content.

• Background in luxury branding or real estate copywriting.

• Strong skills in creating website copy and promotional materials.

• Ability to develop copy for brochures, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.

• Familiarity with branding strategies and tone development.
