Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will ensure the accurate and efficient input of information into our systems while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and precision. Responsibilities:

• Enter data into organizational systems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Verify and cross-check information to ensure completeness and consistency.

• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.

• Perform routine audits to identify and correct discrepancies.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.

• Generate reports based on entered data when required.

• Meet deadlines while managing a high volume of data entry tasks.

• Stay updated on software tools and techniques to enhance productivity. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

• Proficiency in numeric and text-based data entry.

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.

• Familiarity with computer systems and data entry software.

• Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Capacity to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

• Understanding of confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive data.
