    Summary:

    We-re seeking a senior construction leader to help lead and scale our General Contracting division. As Operations Director, Construction Services, you-ll own national multi-site programs, P&L performance, and team development, while expanding our footprint across QSR, grocery, and fuel/c-store sectors.

     

    This is a high-visibility leadership role with real influence on strategy, clients, and growth.

     

    What You-ll Do

     

    + Lead and scale nationwide, multi-site construction programs

    + Own P&L, operational performance, and execution strategy

    + Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams

    + Drive consistency through SOPs and operational excellence

    + Serve as a trusted leader with clients, partners, and internal executives

    + Expand relationships and grow repeat business with national brands

     

    What You Bring

     

    + 12-15+ years of general contracting leadership experience

    + Proven success leading multi-site rollout programs

    + Strong background in estimating, preconstruction, construction, and closeout

    + Experience managing dispersed teams and concurrent projects

    + Restaurant, retail, grocery, and/or gas/c-store construction experience a plus

    + Familiarity with tools like Procore, P6, MS Project, RS Means

    + GC licenses (multi-state preferred or ability to obtain)

    Compensation & Travel

     

    + $140,000-$180,000, based on market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience

    + Full benefits package + 401(k) match

    + Hybrid role based in our Plano, TX office, with up to 50% travel
