We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Key Responsibilities

+ Shipping & Receiving

+ Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

+ Verify and document incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders.

+ Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards.

+ Inventory Management

+ Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

+ Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.

+ Organize and optimize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.

+ Warehouse Operations

+ Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively.

+ Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for distribution.

+ Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.

+ Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.

Preferred:

+ Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.

+ Knowledge of shipping regulations and carrier requirements.

+ Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
