    Title of Position:Director of Facilities

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of four years experience working in a custodial position in a school district

    + Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement

    + Demonstrated ability to remain confidential with district matters

    + Broad experience with a variety of custodial tasks

    + Demonstrated ability to work independently

    + Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and instruct others in their work in a professional and supportive manner

    + Strong attention to detail with written and verbal communication tasks

    + Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and physical fitness to perform the job

    + Initiative, resourcefulness, dependability, and good judgement

    + Loyalty and evidence of being a team player

    + Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

    + Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to collaborate with and support other staff

    Requirements:score in the top 3 of the Civil Service examination for the

     

    position or in a current Director of Facilities III role

     

    Position Available:on/about July 1, 2026

     

    Salary:$90,000 - commensurate with experience
