• Production Technician Light Operator - 1st Shift

    Description

    ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a full-time **Production Operator** to join our team in New Berlin, WI.

     

    Our production facilities process industrial laundry: we wash, dry, prepare, and organize floor mats, shop towels, uniforms and Sorbits®, our own absorbent brand line of products. Items that need to be cleaned come to our production facility directly from the customer.

    In this role, you will:

    + Sort, fold, separate and count received items

    + Inspect garments for rips and tears

    + Package products to be delivered to customers

    * This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs on a repetitive basis.

    **Pay:** $17.05 an hour.

     

    1st Shift Hours:** 5:30am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday. **No weekends, no holidays!

    Required Qualifications:

    - Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for duration of shift)

     

    - A good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety
