### Job Duties

VIDA Diagnostics, Inc. in Edina, MN seeks Technical Product Manager II to lead agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, and coordinate timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Evaluate feature requests and bug fixes based on customer feedback, data analysis, and strategic considerations. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Guide product development by monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments related to medical imaging and artificial intelligence. Engage with key customers and industry partners to validate product concepts and cultivate strategic relationships, and optimize customer workflows for product. Collaborate with design teams to create engaging user interfaces and with quality assurance teams to define test plans, conduct acceptance testing, and ensure reliability, scalability, and security of the software. Develop, recommend, and execute product initiatives and validation procedures. May telecommute 3 days per week. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Management or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 1 year of experience (any job title) in product management, including implementing and managing software products, and with all technical phases of software development, including design, implementation, and testing.
