    Job Description

    Insight Global is currently hiring a Specialty Appraiser to support agriculture and large commercial equipment. This person will be an inside Appraiser and sit on-site in the Des Moines area. They will be a part of the general auto team and handle claims including semis, tractors, large boats, cranes, travel trailers, etc. This person will be on a team of 9 appraisers and will be cross-trained to support general auto claims as well. They will be writing estimates and auditing estimates to help speed up the claims process. This person will have hybrid flexibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days on-site. This is a new role to the company and there is trajectory to grow into leadership/consulting roles in the future. The annual salary for this role is between $90,000-$110,000/yr.

    Skills and Requirements

    5 years of experience in specialty claims appraisal

     

    Experience writing large commercial or agriculture estimates

     

    Experience w/ a manual claims system Experience with an automated claims system (CCC1, AdjustRite or TruckEst)
