    Summary

    100 % Clinical Outpatient Internal Medicine

     

    + Enjoy clinical practice with minor inpatient rounding

    + Hospitalist team provides all inpatient care

    + One holiday phone call coverage a year; no hospital coverage

     

    Traditional Internal Medicine

     

    + Weekday hospital rounding before clinic on your own patients

    + Supported by hospitalist group for nighttime coverage and all admissions

    Schedule

    + Full-time - 36 total hours per week

    + Flexible scheduling – 4 or 4.5 days per week

    + Approx 1:13 outpatient call – phone calls only

    Pay and Benefits

    + Salary range: $270,000 - $320,000 per year

    + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + BE/BC in Internal Medicine

    + Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

    + Two St. Cloud clinic sites - one connected to St. Cloud Hospital

    + Specialists available for consultation

    + Large Hospitalist group to support inpatient care

    + APP support in the clinic

    + 1:1 clinician to hall nurse ratio

    + Resources on site include: care coordinators, referral coordinators, PharmD, anti-coagulation nurses, Behavioral Health providers, diabetes educators.
