• Construction Project Manager III (Manufacturing)

    Job Description

    Support the Project Manager in daily activities for active construction projects.

     

    Conduct daily safety meetings and perform work inspections.

     

    Respond to RFIs and approve invoices and other financial transactions.

     

    Manage day-to-day scheduling and coordinate overall construction activities.

     

    Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience in Construction Management within a manufacturing environment.

     

    Proficiency with Procore management tools, including RFI handling, financial oversight, scheduling, and direct management of the Change Management process.

     

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with valuations of $1 million or more.

     

    Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with senior leadership.

     

    Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.

     

    Commitment to safety with critical attention to compliance and best practices.

     

    Expertise across all phases of construction, including: Demolition, Foundation preparation, Structural concrete, Steel fabrication and erection, Electrical systems, and other key construction elements as required. Structural engineering understanding.

     

    Estimating experience and skill set.
